Brainstorming: How to play Monsoon in Cyberpunk RED?
This is a mix between an actual question and an invitation for collective brainstorming
I was listening to Stains of Time, and I realized I haven't seen that many crazy "Play as X character in Cyberpunk RED" builds as they do in other games, like I've seen with D&D
So I was trying to think about how I could make a character or NPC based on or inspired by Monsoon, using any official sources available (Core RED, CEMK, Interface, etc), or maybe even making some homebrew stuff
But I'm struggling to even get the idea started. It's been only 1 year since I began GMing Cyberpunk RED, so I was hoping that maybe some more experienced GMs could help me with this fun idea?
