Tryna get some Genshin primogems by making a Ukrainian account, but I wanna know first how to do it and if it still works. Also is it risky?

The game will randomly completely close out to my desktop without freezing, it would happen every couple of hours or so, but now it's like a couple minutes into the game, regardless of whether I'm in the menu or not.

I've tried:

1. Verifying integrity
2. Purge and reinstall game
3. Disable steam, medal, and gamebar overlay
4. Updatin drivers
5. Disabling ray tracing
6. Launching offline
7. Safe start as administrator
8. Checkin event viewer (nothin there)
9. Monitoring temps (everythin looks fine)

The only thing I've noticed is that, when the crash occurs my GPU usage spikes to 100% in the task manager for a split second, but that might not even mean anything so idk.

I can't repair EAC because it won't even open.

I just got Columbina and so I'm wondering what the optimal rotation for my Flins team is?
(r5 dm c1 Flins, r5 shovel Ineffa, r2 sac jade Bina, sucrose)

1. Should Ineffa and Columbina be bursting every rotation or alternating every other rotation?
2. I've lost fav on aino to sac jade on Bina, so what would Flins' ER requirements be?
3. Sac frags or TTDS on Sucrose, and should I do a second swap after Flins?
4. Would any of this change if I get his weapon?

I think I've got 1 day to swap my firm and insurance, which is currently physics w astrophysics at KCL, and computer science at QML respectively. I like CS very slightly more than astro, but we talking KCL vs QML soooo idk.

Opinions on whether I should swap? Generally I've heart KCL is a better Uni, but QML has a better community, I would like to hear what people think.

I would like to be able to maximize the total Value/Ore, rn I just have it as being able to select the material manually and then it calculates what the Value/Ore is.

How would I go about this optimization problem? I was thinking about using simplex on the excel solver, but idk if this would work for an objective that is a ratio (Value/Ore). iirc the solver can't select from a dropdown either so I'd need to create a binary matrix.

I could brute force it too, but this is not the only set of factories I will be optimizing, there will be other tables with possibly 10+ factories, so I imagine it will get to a point where brute forcing is unreasonable.

Anyone got an idea on what the cleanest and most effective way to go about solving this would be? Note: I would like the materials that are used in the calc to be toggleable too.
