Hey can someone track UA 2456? I’m on plane right now and it’s been turbulent the entire time and we went straight through a storm.

I’m a terrified flyer and I’m still 3 hours from Seattle. I’ve taken Klonopin and hyrozoxine and still am crying terrified.

Flying solo to Houston with my service dog and I’m feeling so anxious.

I also have pots so I feel like my low BP and high heart rate make the loop worse.

Anyone have any tips or affirmations.
