Hi! I am going to be in Japan from May 14th-27th and will be spending 14th-18th and the 25th-27th in Tokyo. I wanted to know whether my group should check out the Kanda Matsuri festival and what would be the best day / time to do so?

If you have any other recommendations that we should check, it would be greatly appreciated!

(we will be spending time in Osaka, Nara, Kyoto, and Takayama as well)
