What am I doing wrong? I tried so many things!

Had my 125l/33gl nano Max for 2 years now, it seems like I can't shake algae off. First it was bubble, then hair, then red cyano. Even critters changed: there were an enormous amounts of little white snails, then little starfish, now there are few of either. I do 20l water changes about every 10 days, feed my 3 fish a little pinch a day and every week or so give reefroid to my corals.

I try to keep my params stable, but I tried several things. Currently phosphates are 0.29, nitrates 0.5, Kh 10, everything else is usually in the norm.
