Qualifying before 3 years

Hi everyone, due to some good fortune, if I pass Case in the July sitting, I would have completed my exams during the first year of my training.

I was wondering if it would be possible to ask to receive my qualification early, considering the minimum work experience required per my agreement is 450 days (which I will hit early next year).

I heard a rep from ICAEW you need minimum 3 years but I had also heard of someone qualifying beforehand, so I’d appreciate any advice haha.

Case - How do ACAM and PS mocks compare to the actual exam?

As the title says.

The mocks are basically my entire study plan, so if the exam is too wildly different, I'm not sure if I'll be able to pass.

So far I did one mock from ACAM and scored about 70, and one from PS where I got about 65, just based on the marking scheme (again not sure if i gave myself too much or too little). I think I'll be able to get maybe 5-10 more marks as I do my remaining mocks but again, none of it matters if the actual exam is very different.

Where can I realistically go?: Middle east -> Singapore -> MBA

Stats (chronological):
- went to school in the middle east, really high grade, probably top 15 in country
- Went to Singapore for uni, top ranked local uni, not as well known internationally (but i expect it to become more recognised, you can probably guess which uni). GPA was 3.3/4.0, not the best, but I grew my yearly gpa from 3.1 in year 1 to 3.55 in year 4.
-I’m working in audit at a big 4, expect to do 2 years here, 2 years in FDD, and 2 years in corporate banking before i do my mba. I’ll be getting my CA done during this time too.

Post mba goals:
- corporate banking at a BB, or something else credit related
- work experience in a western country before returning to Singapore/Middle east
- potential reputation boost for promotions etc. later in my career

Other info:
- I took the SAT before undergrad, and got a score between 1450-1490, and my study techniques weren’t the best back then, so I think I can get a better percentile score on a standardised test like the gmat.
- my gpa was lower because my uni had all its classes bellcurved, and most of my peers were 3-5 years older than me, and a decent number of students had work experience before starting. I should habe done more research before I started, and I did learn a lot, but it took 2 years to catch up.

I’m very far away from applying to a mba, but I’m a little concerned by my undergrad gpa being a bit low, and wanted to get a feel for what would be reasonably possible for me, with my stats and my intended career path.

Thanks.
