Bill 83 and implications for upcoming CARMS cycle (c2027)
Hello,
Current MSI3 here, considering applying to residency at McGill in the upcoming cycle. Does anyone have any idea what implications this will have on post-residency? Based on what I can find, there is some ambiguity on whether or not any return of service contracts will be implemented. Does this mean I would definitely not be allowed to practice outside of Quebec for a 5-year period or is there a possibility that implementation of contracts will not occur in the next cycle?
