Skyview survivors out of sequence death orders?
Through Iris’ wall of newspaper clippings we know when and how some of the featured Skyview survivors and their descendants died and it’s largely out of sync with the order in which they died in Iris’ premonition. In the case of unseen “filler” survivors who had no role in the film, there are examples in which their children died years after they did, an inconsistency which is also the case for the daughter of Alfred aka “Penny Boy“ who died over a decade after her father. What gives?
While one could attribute this to mistakes made by the crew member(s) responsible for writing the articles as inconsistencies often occur in these cases, the timing of Paul’s death which can be roughly estimated based on information provided in the film is also nonsensical as he died a number of years after the averted collapse despite being amongst the first to die during the premonition.
Alfred died in the early 1980s despite being the last person to die in the premonition sans Iris and William. This makes no sense on its own but it’s compounded even further by the fact that his daughter allegedly died in the 1990. The daughter of one surcivor who was born in the years after the would be disaster is pictured as an older woman in spire of having died in the 90s when she’s have been in her 30s at max. The major exceptions to this messed up timeline are Iris, her family, and William who do in fact die in the order they were supposed to.
Is there ant possible in-universe explanation here or is this all the result of continuity issues? P.S. Sorry if this post turns out a little messy, I’m half asleep atm; lol
