My family (husband and two kids) are planning to travel around the PNW next summer for my husband's sabbatical. We will be based in Portland, but want to explore other towns in OR and WA (possibly Canada). What are some must-go spots that also have vegan food? We are used to cooking, packing food, and eating burgers and fries on vacation, but it would be nice to have at least a couple of restaurants with options. We are especially interested in going to the coast. What coastal town is most vegan friendly?
