Do I have a notify COI cert holders if the insured's policy gets cancelled? If so, are you mailing out letters?
We have a record of every COI, but we they typically only have the mailing address of the cert holder.
Some have a 30 day NOC, but most don't.
Are people using a service to send on the physical letters?
