dulce de leche cheesecake w/ brown butter biscoff crust

iirc, first and second photos are right after baking while the third photo is after it sat in the fridge overnight! i did let it cool down before placing it in the fridge and I didn’t open up the oven at all. didn’t do a water bath cuz it was late at night and i just wanted to sleep lol. it cracked and the cream cheese turned out a little lumpy causing it to look ugly with no textural difference luckily, but it was very yummy and not too sweet (no sugar to the biscoff crust, minimal sugar in cream cheese, dulce de leche in the cream cheese and swirled on top). not the best at attractive bakes but i loved it 🤍 second time making cheesecake, first time with purely cream cheese (before it was sweet potato pie + cheesecake), my millionth time dealing with cheesecake filling . would like advice 🤔

not the prettiest, didn’t do the crust right, and there wasn’t a lot of filling, but my second time ever making this (first time i forgot baking powder.. it was a diff recipe too) and it turned out REALLY good. served it with hojicha (roasted tea powder) whipped cream and loved it so much :) it was so moist i loved the fail lol reminded me of cake! the whipped cream i made also failed but it was okay cause it turned out kinda like tres leches when i poured it on top
