Problem with FITBIT AIR
I bought a Fitbit Air two months ago and waited for about a week for it to calibrate. Afterwards, I noticed that all the data was available except for “Body Temperature,” which shows “No Data,” and “Blood Oxygen (SpO₂),” which shows “Not Tracked.”
I have tried everything, from disconnecting and resetting the band to uninstalling the Health app and wiping its cache and data, but nothing worked.
As a last resort, I contacted the Health Help Center and had several long and, unfortunately, meaningless discussions with them. During my last conversation, about two weeks ago, they told me that there was nothing wrong with the device, my phone, or the Health app. Apparently, the issue is simply due to country restrictions, as I am in Lebanon, which is currently not supported for the SpO₂ and Body Temperature features.
So, my question is: Is there any third-party app or any other way to access or read this restricted data?
N.B. I tried creating a new Gmail account and setting the country to the United States, but it did not work because I was required to add a payment method. Afterwards, I would also need to use a VPN, which is not practical at all.
