just got diagnosed, any tips?

I finally got diagnosed with hipermobility (my doctor, who has it, says she is 90% sure but we’re still running some tests) after thinking my pain and other symptoms were actually fibromyalgia.
I struggle mostly with lower and upper back pain and a tight jaw other than extreme fatigue and feeling like my head is unsupported all the time.
I have a pregnancy pillow coming on the mail cause i heard it helps with sleeping and have already told my pilates teacher about it and we are trying to do more core strengthening exercises to help with the pain.
Do you have any MUST HAVE items or tips?? I want to know everything I can do to help minimize my pain and get a stronger body (but I hate exercising which is making it super hard).
Also, what are some good stretches? I noticed regular stretches don’t really “release” my stiffness and heard that some of them can be bad for hipermobility. Any help is appreciated! :))

I got this pack of stickers back from the graphic but didn’t find the name of the font. It’s not helvetica since the dots on the i are more round and i think it’s not montserrat bc the a looks a little different.

Is it just regular arial bold on top?
