UNH vs UML (Electrical Engineering)

I graduated from NECC with an associate’s in engineering science in May and am looking for a university to attend and have narrowed it down to these two colleges. There are pros and cons to both colleges in my eyes but I want to know what you guys think. UML is great, I love the fact that it is close to the city and they have numerous co-op and internship opportunities, but I live out of state and even with the generous scholarships I am still paying almost $10k per semester without living on campus. It is also relatively close to where I live so it is more convenient, but the cost is still fairly high. UNH for me would cost significantly less because I am a NH resident on top of the scholarships and pell grants I have received. I know it also has robust internship programs, although I do not think they would be as good as UML’s simply due to the fact that UML is in the heart of industrial MA whereas UNH is a college town. I know both schools are ABET certified and have excellent engineering courses so that is not a concern for me in the slightest. UNH is also much further away than UML is but that really isn’t a concern for me to be honest.

What do you guys think? Am I overthinking this?
