Hi Rebel wolves devs,
Thanks for sharing this video with us. I know the game is still in beta but I have some feedback for you.
Positives:
The game looks good visually and appears to run well.
The concept and narrative are interesting and intriguing. I think a lot of folks would love the whole vampire theme.
Needs more time in the oven:
Animations - oh boy, these look super rough and unpolished. The section where you showed the wolf , it looked like a cheap asset from the epic store.
Combat - kinda bland and basic to be completely honest. Crimson desert and dragon dogma 2 raised the bar so high on combat that I think you guys have to take a second look.
To be honest, if I didn’t know this is developed by ex CDPR devs, and you showed me the gameplay footage and asked “ who is making this game” , my answer would be Ubisoft.
My advice - take all the time you need to polish and improve this. You seem to take in and address community feedback. The concept is great, the game looks good but it’s not near done. I think the road to launch is still a very long road. Don’t rush it just because Bandai says so. Don’t let them ruin your game by forcing you to release it unfinished.
