I am in the process of purchasing a house in Brazil. I am trying to find the best way to get the money sent to the seller when the documents are finalized.

I wanted to use Wise, but it looks like there is a limit of R$250k per transfer. I need to send R$730k to the seller's account once the lawyers verify the purchase documents. Does anyone know if I can do multiple transfers in the same day to the same account?

The other option is SWIFT, but it's hard to specify the exact quantity in Reais since it will send in USD and also takes longer to process.
