OSCAR review welcome
Please help me understand my sleep better. I have learned alot since joining, very grateful for that!
I tried to not sugar-coat the snippets, even leaned towards bad breathing events. My pressure is 13.8 / 9 (PS 4.8) with trigger high. I use a DIY reflux band since 12/8.
Glasgow: 0.98 , my starting GI was around 1.3 - 1.4 now its between 0.9 and 1.1
Currently I decided to fix EPAP at 9 and raise PS, want to know how much I can tolerate.
Imo the nights look unchanged in regard of "hairyness" but the top of the waves look much better than with 8/5 (where I started). Plus sleep continuity is getting better. used to pause the machine 5 times a night, now I only do so 1 or 2 times. this night I even slept through it but I remember still some awakenings, but more briefly.
I am still very fatigued, but it got alot better (was bedbound with pain and brainfog, i think many can relate). Kind of know what to do: raise PS till I hit a wall, then try to increase the EPAP with fixed PS till I feel cured, basically carls guide. But I would like to get your feedback, am I missing something ? Do you spot some very odd things ? Palatal Prolapse ? EPI ? Is my plan a good idea ? REM dominant issues ? Should my sleep look better given my pressure ?... many thanks!
Overall:
1st half of the night:
probably deep sleep zoomed in (first hour of sleep):
probably 1st REM:
each REM block starts with a heavy brething cluster
probably other N-REM:
2nd half (always rough for me):
probably 2nd REM:
I really dont know why the breathing is so odd at the beginning from REM...
probably other N-REM:
probably 3rd REM block:
