Do you guys think Azizi Riviera still has strong appreciation potential in the future?
I’ve been noticing more investors and brokers talking about Riviera Phase 4 recently, especially because the newer phases seem to have better layouts, more spacious sizes, and improved finishing compared to earlier launches.
Another thing is the lagoon construction progressing, which could become a major attraction for both end users and short-term rental investors once fully operational.
Location-wise, Meydan is also developing fast and still feels undervalued compared to some other Dubai communities.

- Would you choose it for rental income or appreciation?
