Hi everyone,

My spouse/dependant recently landed in Canada at Montreal airport as a new PR. The officer did not ask for a full Canadian mailing address, only the city. They gave us a QR code that redirected to the IRCC Address Notification tool, but the tool is not recognizing the ID/details.

I tried calling IRCC, but the PR card phone line did not give any wait time, and I was on hold for around 45 minutes.

I am the primary applicant and I already have a Canadian address on file. My dependant still has an out-of-country address listed. Does anyone know the correct way to update my dependant’s Canadian mailing address so they can receive their first PR card?

I need to travel to USA and I have my ECOPR, I still have around 1month left to get my PR card.

Please tell me if I am good to fly to US and then travel back through LAND BORDER?

I have Valid USA visa. I have my ECOPR Printed with Provincial Driving License.

If anyone has done this please share your experience.
