Title...

So i was feeling nostalgic and decided to install gta4 complete edition again, and it runs like garbage, i got it to play smooth but my computer fan is screaming at me.

Its weird because i never had any issues on my old pc (which ive had since late 2009)

Like what did rockstar do to this poor game?

Can anybody shed some light on why this is?
