Refresh, refresh, refresh, and nothing is coming up. Just a few low paying studies. In the US if that matters. Am I the only one?

Just received my first prepaid card redemption via email. I went and activated the card, and when I click to see card details it only shows card number, no cvv or expiration date. There's also no way for me to add my home address to the card. I cannot use it at all. Has anyone else had this problem?
