Why is everyone suddenly so outraged about the requirements to speak Uzbek? It seems to me that everyone has just taken it for granted that Russian is everywhere here, and now their minds are blown by the mere fact that they actually live in Uzbekistan, where service providers are supposed to speak Uzbek. To anyone who is so attached to the Russian language: you can always just move to Russia
