Heya fellow collectors and pokemon lovers!

I’m super late to the game I’m well aware, but would love recommendations on where to start collection or how? I have downloaded a few apps that will store my cards and show me my collection, but would love any advice (besides avoid due to cost) 😂

I’ve started buying some cards & packs on whatnot. Should I pick a set and just focus on that one and move to the next?

I’m located in Melbourne, Aus, so I’ll start checking out local card shops and vintage stores. But please feel free to give me any other tips for a newbie ❤️
