I am starting to look at a backpacking trip for 2028. I want to know what the rules are around wild camping in Italy, Switzerland and France. I would be doing TMB and lots of hikes around the Dolomites and Swiss alps. I want to try and limit the cost of accommodation down to maybe 1-2 nights every 2 weeks. Would anyone be able to share their experience wild camping? And also any tips and trick for backpacking these country’s would be greatly appreciated😊
