When I was about 13 I broke both my wrist. My left was a compound fracture.

Now I’m 29 and just started consistently going to the gym consistently for about 6 months. I just tried reverse wrist curls for the first time and it’s difficult to get a full range of motion on my left wrist and I want to tap out after like 3 reps (5lb dumbbells.)

Any advice on replacement exercise, form, or how to strengthen my wrists more.

(I’m also a bartender for 8+ years so it’s not like my wrist can’t handle some work, but I’m realizing now how limited it is)
