This is a modified version of the Sheridan Harper floor plan. We didnt really want a the extra Lounge near the kitchen as currently its just the two of us and it would be a wasted space. We instead decided to move it to the back to make it an office/ extra living room. This new floor plan also gives us almost 5m of backyard where as previously it was 4m.

The plot is north facing. 14x 32
