Beginner Wholesaler in Ft Myers Florida, seeking mentorship and advice
Good day,
I’ve been learning a lot about real estate wholesaling through YouTube with people such as Jerry Norton, Tony Mont, and etc. I’ve been looking for properties and have come across a couple.
I’m eager to start talking to sellers as I’ve always been good with talking to people, I understand that rejection will be very common at first until I land my first “yes” and I’m excited for that. The part I see being hard for me will be to find cash buyers, I know I’ll eventually figure it out on my own but a mentor/advise would be very helpful so I can get over the learning curve a tad bit quicker. I am also open to collab on my first couple deals so I can better grasp the concept as I am a more hands on learner.
I plan on making my first deals without spending too much money as I am limited at the moment. Thank you guys for taking time out of your day to read this
