Why do police officers gain so much weight and get so out of shape after they join the police force ?
I've noticed a lot of police officers gain a lot of weight and become very out of shape after they join the police force. Shouldn't they have some sort of rigorous annual fitment testing? Could this be why there's more police violence because they aren't physically fit enough to apprehend someone without using force? Just a thought I had from what l've noticed. I do fully support law enforcement.
