Puno → Tiwanaku → Puma Punku → La Paz. Best way to do this route?
Looking for some advice from people who have done this route before 🙌
We’ll be a group of 5 traveling from Puno toward Puma Punku and Tiwanaku, and later continuing on to La Paz.
At the moment we’re still building the itinerary and trying to figure out the best transportation options for this part of the trip.
Has anyone here done this route recently?
- Are there any reliable local transfer companies?
- Is public transport a realistic option?
- Better to hire a private driver?
- Any tips regarding border crossing logistics between Peru and Bolivia?
