What is this!!? I cannot figure it out

Edit because there’s questions!

1. Were on Java not bedrock- recently updated
2. We don’t have the ability to summon, the server is a month old and the only person who can summon things is my husband (not tricky dicky) who works 24/7 so I’d know if he spawned it because he’d be sitting right next to me! He himself was so confused as to what it was when I showed him
3. Tricky Dicky!! It’s after some race car driver, someone hit it head on in the comments, he’s a big car fan and no we don’t call him T-Dicky or anything else lol
