Any experiences living at the Paradox residence?

I understand the building has a lawsuit against the developer because of quality issues leading to water damage. I also understand that based on the 5 year warranty survey, out of the 44 or so that responded 17 had issues with water damage with 13 of them resolved and 4 of them reoccurring in the year the survey was sent out.

Based on the developer, Urban One, I have lived in tallwood brock commons which they built and it wasn’t bad. I have also been inside panderosa, and from what I saw it was pretty nice as well, however I have heard it suffered flooding initially (not too sure if it was their development). Based on other buildings they have built, I do think that the tate and one central are having lower resale values.

Any thoughts/experiences in the paradox?
