I need some honest opinions about my situation because I’m really confused and frustrated.
I joined this small tech company on February 12 as IT Support / Data Encoder. In the first month they gave me a bunch of small bullshit tasks that felt like 2nd-year student projects. I honestly don’t think any of it will ever be used.
They didn’t even give me repo access to the main ERP system.After that, they suddenly made me redo their old PHP website in Next.js (some frontend + a little backend). I finished my last PR more than a month ago and it still hasn’t been deployed or reviewed. Since then… nothing. No tasks at all.
It’s been over a month of me basically sitting idle.They only paid me once (end of March). I still haven’t received my April salary and now we’re almost at the end of April. they give this we are family vibe and they provide lunch and also but they expect full-time commitment from me.
I’m an introvert so I don’t talk much or ask for work aggressively, but at this point I feel useless and like I’m just a burden. and i really want to leave this place.
We don’t have an HR, so who should I talk to about my resignation? Also, what about my unpaid salary? Should I bring it up when I resign? how do yall resign
