Intoxicated bartender dropped a glass and cut me

Location: Pinellas County, Florida

Went on vacation to Tampa/St Pete area for the week to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday. On day three of our trip, we went out to a cocktail bar to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. My fiance and I sat at the bar for the evening and ordered three rounds of cocktails. We did notice that the staff shotgunned cans of beer/seltzer when we sat down, but thought there was a possibility it might be an energy drink so we let it go. The rest of the night we mostly paid attention to our own conversation but after ordering our third and final round we looked up to see the bartenders taking multiple shots in a row. Next thing you know, our final drinks appeared in front of us from a visibly intoxicated bartender. After setting our drinks down, he picked up two stacked wet glasses (mind you, they were serving everything to guests in plastic all night) and dropped them on the bar. Half of a glass cut my wrist and hand and I lost quarts of blood immediately. Luckily, my fiance was able to apply pressure immediately and keep my hand above my head, and another patron asked the bartender for clean bar rags. Because of the amount of bleeding we were unable to assess the severity of the cut. After a few mins of panic, the manager (or owner? Unclear) decided to call EMS and my fiance called my parents. EMS arrived but were unable to assess me in the bar bc the staff/establishment did not ask other patrons to leave or move. After taking me out to a private back alley, EMS assessed that I was stable enough to go the ER without an ambulance, so they wrapped me and walked me back through the bar (still open, still serving drinks and no clean up of the broken glass or quarts of my blood on the floor) to my parents car so we could drive to the ER — where I received 8 stitches. All of us were too worried about saving my life and not losing anymore blood to demand security footage or ask for the bar's insurance information.

What should I do from here?
