Aren't urban company reviews supposed to be anonymous?
I hired an electrician from urban company a few days ago and they sent me a very creepy electrician. He insisted on me giving him my personal number and me taking his so that i can call him whenever needed. I kept saying no but ultimately he was pushing very much so I took his card. He was supposed to repair the fan regulator for my dining hall but he went inside my room without my permission and said it was to check my room's regulator. As a 23 yo female living alone i was scared so much. But i asked him to hurry up and leave. I obviously put a bad review against him after he left.
Yesterday i saw him in my locality and he literally came and confronted me about the review. He said that he was just being nice etc etc.
What should I do?
Urban company has a shitty AI robot in the name of customer care I'm unable to raise a complaint
