Hello, I have an open RSI investigation that has been going since October. I have already completed my "final" adjudication interview in March.

I currently hold my Top Secret with DOD, I was wondering if I were to accept a position as a contractor with the DOJ if the open RSI investigation would affect this transition?

I ask because there is no telling how long this RSI investigation will be and am currently looking for solutions to utilize my clearance and obtain another job.
