I’m a 25M working on a startup idea (construction sector, B2B2C). I’ve spent 5 months building it, onboarded the B2B side, and I’m about to finalize my app/website updates. It’s currently being tested in one region and can’t scale to other states yet.

The main challenge now is getting B2C users. Since it’s related to home construction, demand is naturally limited, so organic growth may be slow initially.

At the same time, I hate my job. It’s stressful, my manager/team put me in bad situations, and I’m now assigned to a project that will consume all my time. If I focus on that, my startup gets delayed again. I’ve taken a week off to try and validate the idea with real users and transactions.

Here’s the dilemma:

- No revenue yet

- I have ~4 years of savings (including business expenses), so i dont worry about money right now.

- I’m confident I’ll keep trying things if this fails and initially do another startup/business even self employment but never a job.

-But quitting now without proof of traction feels risky, especially in this job market. No family or friend will support at this point.

I’m also dealing with daily anxiety because of my job.

Should I quit and go all-in now?

Would really appreciate honest advice from people who’ve been in a similar spot.
