Possible CAN issue
This started today out of nowhere. Engine runs fine, was able to make it home from work. Certain electrical things worked (lights, hvac fan, CarPlay display).
It actually got better by the time I got home, all lights were off and everything was working but I started it up again a little later and the same issue.
Google is leading me to believe this is an issue with the CAN, does that seem right?
I looked and my local dealership doesn’t have any openings for a week, is this something an independent shop would be able to diagnose repair or is the dealer my only/best option?
