C51 exemption - help
Hello,
I am looking for information on the C51 exemption. I have a job offer for an organization that offers habitation for people with mental health issues. They work with CISSS in Quebec and the work is definitely for the community.
The thing is that they are not a registered charity nor a non-profit organization.
The work position and the organisation meet the definition of charitable work according to CRA as they provide specially adapted residential accommodation for people with disability.
Anyone can provide further guidance on this?
