How important is it?

What are they testing in speaking part? your english speaking or thinking?

I just absolutely failed it. In math part I couldn't do 4 questions. I think rest is almost all correct but still 4 questions blank. english part was easiest I am sure I got 14/15 or 15/15. And the speech part is so bad. I spoke the whole time and I think I sounded nice and grammatically correct (non-native speaker) but I all I said was nonsense. Please give me some copium
