Can someone explain the ‘indent’ & WTFs been going on with my belly button since I started a diet & fitness routine?

(1st is present, 2nd is prior to the shift in my health)
I noticed the indent a few months ago & it’s gotten increasingly noticeable. It used to be noticeable only upon flexing, however it’s gotten more intended where I no longer have to flex for it to be noticeable. Also, an upside down crescent on the top part of my belly button has gotten more pronounced.
Is there an anatomical explanation for this??

I assumed it was muscular at first but now it’s there even when I don’t flex them so I wanted to make sure this was normal for strength building. I’ve been doing calisthenic workouts, which has been a whole different style of strength training I’m used to, so idk if that has anything to do with the change in core muscles.
