On the beautiful Silk Road, beneath the mountainside, there is a vast grassland full of life 🌼✨🐑

In this drawing, I love the texture and the feeling of the endless grassland, it’s soft like a carpet 🌿, with adorable fluffy sheep. 🐑🐑🐑

I spent a lot of time layering oil pastels to build rich textures and colors in the grass 💚 I also love the clouds in the sky, they have lots of layer and look as fluffy as sheep ☁️🐑✨

Step-by-step oil pastel process:

1. Use dark blue for the top of the sky.

2. Gradually layer lighter blues from top to bottom.

3. Use light yellow and orange to blend the sunset.

4. Lightly add white to soften the sunset.

5. Blend the colors with a sponge tool or your fingers.

6. Use light blue to form nebula shapes in the sky.

7. Apply deep blue to the inner areas of the galaxy.

8. Add light blue and white highlights to the nebulae.

9. Add some purple to the galaxy.

10. Use light blue and white to create scattered nebulae in the sky.

11. Add clouds to the sky using blue and white.

12. Use white acrylic paint and a toothbrush to spray stars.

13. Tear thin paper to create a mountain silhouette.

14. Use dark blue for the top part of the mountains.

15. Use light blue for the bottom part of the mountains.
