We're planning to knock out the wall between our kitchen and dining room to make an open plan kitchen-diner but we're left with a slightly awkward layout.

Here's my first rough design, any ideas on improvements?

N.B. the existing oven and sink are currently at the top end of the first photo so would probably make sense to keep them there. The plan would also be to have a dishwasher and washing machine inside the units bottom-right.
