Hi everyone,

my friend and I made a new Beat Battle Bot for Discord and we want people to have easy access to structured Beat Battles and also feedback from you on what could be improved.

What does it do?

Upon being added to the Server it Creates its own Beat Battle Bot Category with 2 different Channels. A Server Leaderboard channel and a Lobby channel where you can create Beat Battle lobbies.

When typing "/battle create" you can Choose the Genre, Length, Beat Submission time and set the amount of Samples being kept after voting.

After 5 Minutes a Battle lobby is created only visible to the participants of the Battle.

Stage 1: Sample Upload
-Upload your samples you want to use in the Battle in the discord chat
Stage 2: Sample Voting
-All participants can vote for the Samples, only the top voted samples are kept.
Stage 3: Sample Download
-Download the samples
Stage 4: Production
-Make a beat in the set timeframe
Stage 5: Submission
-Upload your Beat to the Battle Lobby Chat
Stage 6: Voting
-The Bot sends a message in chat with the Current Beat where you can listen to it and Vote. (Note: We are currently working on the Bot to play the Beat in VC.)

After Voting the Top 3 earn Rank Points based on the Production time and placement. (Example: 45min=45 points, 30min=30 points.)
1st Place: 100%
2nd Place: 50%
3rd Place: 25%

The Rank Points count towards the Server and Global Leaderboard.

(Note: At least 4 Participants are needed in order to gain Rank Points, except for 1v1 Battles, which is available for the Premium Version. Premium is currently only available on our Discord Server and will be for purchase on every other Server soon)
