Hello brothers!

I'm currently in the process of learning 11th Edition - and there's some debate in my local group regarding the recent changes to cover.

Shadowmark Talon provides us with -1 to hit and the benefit of cover (-1 BS) when outside of 12 inches.

Do these two debuffs stack to basically become -2 overall?
