So the scenario is this: A big event happens and the gangs are rallying the troops to defend/attack! How many grunts are there? How big is the manpower of the gangs?

• the event is not an existential threat to the city/world/etc.
• I'm not counting pencil pushers, admin types, or people vaguely aligned with the gang/ideology
• only counting Brockton Bay (maybe the immediate surroundings with the Heron clan or whatever)
• Grunts/soldiers are defined as people willing to wield a knife/gun/lead pipe in a hostile and potentially lethal manner without significant outside threats and/or bribes
• For extra credit, what about The Teeth, Accords gang (in Boston), and the LOCAL PRT?
