LF roommate, 7/1 move-in, Allston
Hi all! My roommates and I are looking for one additional person to sign onto a July 1 (firm) lease for a 4 bed 2 bath apartment in Allston (5 min walk to Packards Corner T stop). (We have already signed the lease and paid the deposit/first month, so the apartment is ours!) The monthly rent for a private room in the apartment(not including utilities) is $1123.75. Since we do not yet live in the apartment, we do not know what utilities will average out to be, but hopefully not too bad split across four people! We have three wonderful cats, and unfortunately cannot accept any additional pets. We are very clean, communicative, and intend to cultivate a living situation that feels like a home for everyone - our ideal roommate aligns with us on all of these fronts. We are all friendly and value a roommate who would contribute to the friendly environment :) We are all queer/trans-identifying and would prefer to live with someone also in the LGBTQ+ community, although it is not required (but if not LGBTQ+ identifying, must be an ally).
