Any plans for when the day you play Lego Batman Legacy of the Dark Knight?
I’m gonna order some Little Caesars and Just play as much as I can.

1 MORE DAY UNTIL WE PLAY PEAK.
1 MORE DAY FOR DDE OWNERS AND WE PLAY.
I got my copy from Amazon, which is kind of a doomed idea in the first place because they’ve been known to suck at pre-orders, but I’m holding out hope that they get my order right this time.

I’m expecting this to be a major step up from The Skywalker Saga, with TT Games hopefully learning from a lot of that game’s mistakes while also improving on the stuff they actually did well. I really like the newer format and approach they’ve been taking with the LEGO games lately, so I’m excited to see how this turns out.
Score predictions: mostly mid 8s to low 9s across the board. I’m thinking around an 82–88 on Metacritic/OpenCritic.
If I had to guess, I’d say reviews for the game will probably come out on the 25th. If IOI is really confident in it, then maybe around the 20th–22nd next week. I’m thinking the game will review well, so I’m leaning more toward the latter. I’m expecting scores mostly in the high 7s, a good amount of 8s, and a few 9s.
LETS GO
Also, for those that may not know, a game going “Gold” means that active development for it has been completed and that it’s now ready to be shipped out and released.
I’ll be doing the open world content first and then I’ll finish the main story
I personally like to get all the extra content in open-world games done before I beat the main story, so that’s what I’ll be doing.
I’ll do my first playthrough of the game by just doing whatever the situation calls for, and then on a replay, I’ll try going full stealth if I can. In another playthrough, I’ll just use brute force at every turn.
I like the confidence they’re showing here. It’s getting me even more excited for the game.
I wanted to ask because I haven’t had a good experience with them in the past, and I’m getting two games from them this month.
I personally think it’ll review pretty well, and even better than I initially thought before all these glowing previews started dropping last week. Originally, I was thinking around 77–81, but now I’m thinking more like 86–90.
Usually games go gold at least a month or a couple weeks in advance, but we’re a little over two weeks out and I still haven’t seen an announcement that the game has gone gold yet. So I want to know what you guys’ predictions are for when it will. I think it’ll happen Monday or Tuesday next week.
I bought the game last month on the 29th and paid the full price of $90. Now, when I checked again, I saw that they updated the price and made it much cheaper, so I was able to get the game for the standard price of $70 instead of $90.
I’ve never beaten or platinumed an IOI game before so I just wanted to know if they are hard and time consuming or more lenient with their approach to them.
It feels like everywhere the game is shown or discussed, people just have a hate boner for it. They’re either calling it an Uncharted rip-off, reducing it to a bad mix of Hitman and Uncharted, or saying it looks like a PS3 game or something else negative.
