I want to build a dividend portfolio tracker and I'd appreciate some input

I (like many others I assume) use a spreadsheet to keep track of my portfolio and the dividend income it produces. Besides the dividends, I also like to keep track of fundamentals, returns, allocation, and other metrics that help maintain an overview over my portfolio.

I know some people here use apps like DivTracker, Snowball Analytics, and so on, and I am curious what would be the most valuable features that you folks consider worth paying for. Besides that, are there any functions that you would like to see in these apps (or spreadsheets) that do not exist yet?

I asked ChatGPT what I could build and monetize in a week, and it provided me with this idea of a simple dividend income calculator, without any sing-up, brokerage connections, ads nor visual noise.

The idea is to model a portfolio value, a dividend yield, the monthly contribution, and a time horizon in order to get an income projection.

I would really appreciate feedback on the idea and the design, and from long-term dividend investors.
