Recipe:
500g AP flour
350g water
200g starter
About 7g salt
Process: 4 rounds of stretch and folds about 20-30 minutes apart
Cold proof for 2 nights in the fridge, the dough was still very sticky(guess I added too much water) , but this is how it turned out.
Any improvements or suggestions?
