My main issue tho is that it stopped working at all, as you guys can see since yesterday 4:19 pm its not working its currently 10:08 am, anyone know how to fix the issues i have?

I'm on the supply side (RTA kitchens, baths, closets, and living casework stocked in our Florida warehouse and shipping nationwide). We see operators overpaying for custom cabinetry when they renovate units, even on mid-to-lower tier properties. RTA can usually shave a massive chunk off the renovation budget.

From an operator's perspective on workforce or affordable housing: do you care if the cabinets/casework are RTA as long as they look clean and hold up to tenant wear-and-tear? Does it affect your ability to push rents in that specific demographic? Trying to understand the operational mindset before I start approaching syndicators.
